Aaron Boeving serves as pastor of FBC Ironton. He and his wife, Laurin, have been married since 2002 and they have four children. Aaron began serving as pastor of FBC Ironton in October of 2012. He received a Master of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in December of 2011.
Growing up in Memphis, TN, Aaron was surrounded by godly parents, friends, mentors, and teaching under Dr. Adrian Rogers at Bellevue Baptist Church. During his sophomore year in high school at a church event, he received God’s gifts of repentance of faith and became a born again believer in Jesus Christ. By God’s grace, he accepted a call to ministry in high school, and over time, God clarified this call to be a pastor in a local church.
Aaron is convinced that the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations, the true discipleship and equipping of believers to serve Christ’s Church, and an all out effort to know, love and worship God more is essential for faithful ministry.
Aaron’s interests include spending as much time as possible with his wife and children, who graciously watch the NFL and Tennessee Volunteers with him during football season.
